As reported by Time Out NY, there is a real estate website called TripleMint coming in clutch this holiday season. 

TripleMint surveyed over 100 doormen all over Manhattan to create the Holiday Tip-O-Meter. 

 This allows residents to enter some information about their apartment  and their general tipping habits, and then boom-- they will calculate a holiday rate for you.
