Need a winter getaway? Here in New York City, you don't have to go very far.
You can chill in an igloo at 230 Fifth, visit the Alps at Eataly's pop-up, and warm up in a ski lodge without having to deal with the actual skiing part at the Arlo Hudson Square Hotel.
You can escape to plenty of winter wonderlands without even leaving NYC.
The PHD Terrace at the Dream Midtown will also be transformed into the Peak, another wintry paradise that will be decorated with frosted topiaries, draped with fur throw blankets, and lit by lof-wood candles.
Of course, as reported by Time Out NY, the real deal is the cozy menu options they'll be serving up.
They'll be brewing warm Swedish glogg, which is port wine, sherry, bourbon, Everclear (lol okay), and raisins, as well as a martini made with a splash of creme de cacao and served with a peppermint stick.
Because apparently, you're drinking Everclear tonight, don't forget to eat. They have small plates like baked brie with figs and candied walnuts, and a double chocolate skillet cookie served with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.
