Grown ups can have bake sales for a good cause too! At least that's what New York City's finest bakeries think!

However, since it is NYC, they're not exactly serving up funfetti cupcakes and cookies from a whole sale warehouse (no shade though).

Planned Parenthood, the women's and family health organization, is about to get some much needed love and support in the form of the fanciest bake sale New Yorkers can muster.

On Sunday April 2nd from 11:30am to 2:30pm, a selection of the city's finest bakeries will gather for a Planned Parenthood bake sale at Café Altro Paradiso.

Hosted by Thomas Carter, Ignacio Mattos and Natasha Pickowicz, the Spring Street establishment will be offering goodies from Milk Bar, Ovenly, Gramercy Tavern, Morgenstern's Finest, Le Coucou and more. 

In addition to raising funds for the non-profit, Altro Paradiso will also be showcasing their new cafe menu of coffee, pastries, and sandwiches from 8 am to 4:30 pm weekly.

Personally we don't need an excuse to stuff our face with cookies, but doing it for a good cause definitely helps.

Especially a cause so relevant to many, many New Yorkers. Over 2.5 million men and women use Planned Parenthoods' services a year, they need and deserve our support!

Also, yes, cookies.
