Have you ever wondered what it must feel like to be a celebrity dining in the greatest city in the world (assuming you're not already a celebrity, but then again, we don't know that)?

Regardless, if you have a thing for secret hideouts mixed with fancy dinners and dim lighting, then you best read on. 

Dîner en Blanc is an upscale, private soirée that's coming back to NYC, and it's going to be truly magical. 

Since this French-born event is so exclusive, you know there are going to be a few strict rules to follow. 

First of which is the dress code, which requires attendees to don all-white for the affair, making the summer party seem even more pristine.

In addition, there is a multi-step registration system. The first phase of this process started yesterday, August 7th, for members who attended the previous year. 

The second phase of registration is reserved for new members, who were recommended by the Phase I attendees. If this doesn't scream "high-end," then nothing really does. 

Then of course, you have the third phase registration. This one's for the newbies, who are just itching to be put on the waiting list.
