You might think that this city is all about Christmas this season, considering all the Christmas trees and Santas running around– uh, well, you'd be right, but plenty of people in New York City will also be celebrating Hanukkah starting this Saturday, December 24th.

In case you were unaware, Hanukkah is celebrated with some amazing traditional food, including latkes.

The Manhattan burger chain, Schnippers, will be joining in on the festivities with a Latke Burger, which they'll be serving for the rest of the month.

As reported by Gothamist, the special dish is made with one of their classic beef burgers, topped with a latke, and served with caramelized onions and horseradish sour cream, on an onion-studded roll.

NGL, we haven't trusted burger mashups since this summer's unfortunate avocado bun incident, but this sounds pretty good.

It's basically like the fries are inside the burger, right? Whatever, we're down.

Schnippers has 5 locations, but the latke burger won't be served at the One NY Plaza location in FiDi, so head to anywhere else.
