The Alderman (150A West 48th Street) at the Motto by Hilton New York City Times Square location pays a culinary homage to the rich history and vibrant culture of New York City. As the perfect pre-theater meal, The Alderman offers a four-course prix-fixe menu for $49, served daily from 12pm - 2pm and 5pm - 7pm. Shareables include Parker House Rolls and House Pickles. Appetizers include a Simple Herb Salad with citrus Vinaigrette and smoked Gouda, Chorizo Arancini, Healthy Cobb and more. Entrees include a choice of Half Chicken, Salmon with horseradish crust, verjus and spinach, Spiced Cauliflower and a Flat Iron Steak with salsa verde and grilled scallions for an additional $5 with Ice Cream for dessert. Carnegie Diner & Cafe

Carnegie Diner & Cafe's location near Central Park (205 W 57th St) in the heart of Midtown Manhattan offers a Pre-Theater menu with 2-courses for $29.95 per person. Appetizers include Spinach Pie, Greek Salad, Lentil Soup or Chicken Soup. Entrees feature The Corner Burger, Spaghetti Carbonara, Organic Half Chicken served with hand cut Greek fries, Atlantic Salmon (+4) and Branzino (+7). Diners have the option to add any dessert to their pre-fixe menu for an additional $5. 


Sushi Lab Rooftop

Offering panoramic views and an innovative sushi menu, Sushi Lab Rooftop (132 W. 47th Street) at The Sanctuary Hotel in Midtown provides an unforgettable pre-theater experience. Diners can enjoy unique omakase selections and signature sushi rolls while taking in the city skyline, making it the ideal spot for a stylish meal before heading to the theater. 


 The Chemistry Room at Sushi Lab

The Chemistry Room at Sushi Lab (132 W. 47th Street) located in the luxury boutique Sanctuary Hotel in the heart of Times Square, offers an elevated and intimate omakase experience. Tucked away from the bustle of Midtown, this hidden gem seats guests at a chef’s counter for a front-row view of masterful sushi preparation. Featuring a decadent 15-course tasting menu, The Chemistry Room showcases fresh, seasonal ingredients through inventive and artfully composed dishes, delivering a refined dining experience that is both personal and unforgettable. 


Haven Rooftop

Haven Rooftop (132 W 47th St.) offers thoughtfully curated lunch or dinner theatre menus perfect for pre-show dining in the heart of the city. The Pre-Theater Dinner, available Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 6:30 PM, features a three-course experience for $65 per person. Guests can start with appetizers like a classic Caesar Salad, flavorful Tuna Tartare with avocado and wasabi aioli, or the Crab Avocado with lemon dressing. Entrée options include Spaghetti & Clams in a white wine garlic sauce, Havenly Chicken with cajun spices and beurre blanc, Atlantic Salmon over lentils and garlic spinach, or a NY Strip Steak for an additional $25. Dessert choices include a rich New York Cheesecake or Crème Brûlée. For midday diners, the Prix Fixe Lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11:45 AM to 2:30 PM at $36 per person. It includes two courses, beginning with an appetizer like Caesar Salad, Tuna Tartare, or a Crab & Avocado Palette. Entrée selections range from Penne a la Vodka with optional chicken or shrimp, Chicken BLT, and the Havenly Burger, to Atlantic Salmon available for an extra $10. The meal is capped off with a refreshing fruit plate for dessert.
