Sometimes, especially at the end of a long, exhausting NYC week, nothing hits the spot like a nice glass or two of crisp craft beer.
But isn't it a bummer to have to decide between that new pale ale or that swanky IPA? To have to make up your mind between cider and stout? It's like choosing a favorite kid or something!
Wouldn't it be cool to like, taste a little of everything? And to learn about the city's brewery scene as you go?
Enter the NYC Craft Beer Fest! Over 75 breweries will be in attendance, offering up samples of over 150 different beers, ciders, and meads. Even if you're one of those annoying, picky, beer snobs we're sure you'll find your perfect brew.
With unlimited 2 oz. tastings for ticket holders, there's nothing to stop you from trying everything from traditional faves like Bell's Brewery's Best Brown Ale to epic seasonal picks like Christmas Ale from the St. Louis Brewery or Pumpkin Beer from the Great South Bay.
And if you think dealing with them Halloween ghosts will have you craving something a little more "spirited," no worries. McSon’s Mixology Spirits Bar, a “Hard Stuff Tasting Pavillion” will be featured. It's helmed by legendary bar professional McSon Salicetti, whose unique, award-winning cocktail concoctions have been making the news up and down the east coast!
Cheaper Designated Driver tickets will also be available for those who want to hang out and enjoy the atmosphere without imbibing. And if you think checking out all those brews might work up your appetite, you're right—food will be available from some primo vendors like Stuf’d, Jerky Hut, and Fried Kitchen. Talk about yum!
You can grab your tickets now to one of three sessions: 8-10:30 p.m. on November 3, 2-4:30 p.m. on November 4 and also 7- 9:30 p.m. later that evening. For a little more dough, you can also snag a VIP ticket that grants access an hour earlier and to some special brews at a VIP-only bar.
The fest will take place at the Metropolitan Pavilion over on 125 West 18th Street. Don't miss your chance and snag your tickets right here!
