Remember those little fans that sprayed out water and could be attached to your bag with a lanyard?

You’d bring it with you to the park, to the subway, to the workplace―but people still could never tell if the water on your face was sweat or a cooling mechanism.

Well, things have, thankfully, advanced in the past decade or so.

The “Geizeer” is a mini, eco-friendly, and portable air-conditioning box that can travel with you in the sweltering summer heat.

Charged with a USB, the portable AC lasts up to 4 hours while providing 360-degree cooling air (to make the seemingly 360 degrees outside more bearable), and has 7 hours lifespan for the machine itself.

All you have to do to get it started is open the top of the box, place an ice pack inside, close it back up, and turn it on. You can also put in the provided diffusers to make it an air freshener.

The Geizeer is has already reached its Kickstarter goal, and the makers are planning to begin shipping sometime in September. Meanwhile, you can purchase one on their Kickstarter page for only $97.
