Despite New York City's best efforts to jump straight into the holiday season, we know it can't actually be November yet because WE'RE STILL WAITING FOR THE NEW GILMORE GIRLS.

Alleviate the agony from counting down to November 25th (at 3 a.m., you can bet we'll be up waiting) by visiting a real life Luke's Diner... or a few of them actually.

On October 5th, hundreds of coffee shops in the country, including over a dozen in NYC, will be transformed into Lorelai and Rory's fave spot to hang out from 7 a.m. until 12 p.m.

Netflix is sending out Luke's-branded aprons and tee shirts to the staff of all the shops, as well as coffee– there will be 250 free cups at each location, so stop by during your morning commute.

They also promise that fans will receive a "fun surprise under their custom Gilmore Girls coffee sleeve," but if it's not like a code to access the new episodes, we don't know how much we care.

We don't know if this experience is going to make us feel better about waiting another whole month for the new episodes or if it's just going to make us want them more. Let's be real, it's the latter.

As reported by Eater, here are all the NYC spots where you can grab a cup of Luke's Diner's coffee at tomorrow:
