As the largest wine producing region in France, the Languedoc is home to a diverse offering of top-notch wines. The region, which stretches from Provence to the Pyrenees, is blessed with a variety of soils, temperatures and lots of sunshine, which allows the Languedoc to cultivate a multitude of grapes that are transformed into wines of all styles. That’s right. The region produces everything from bold reds and crisp whites to refreshing rosés, sweet fortified wines, and bottles of bubbly. So, whether you’re looking for a great wine to pair with dinner, drink on a rooftop, bring to a party, or sip while sitting on the couch in your sweatpants, the Languedoc has a wine that’s suited for every type occasion.
