Nothing beats getting your groove on, and we're still pretty impressed by the chill and funky-fresh silent dance parties that seemed to catch on a while back.

We’re hoping for more stuff like that, and there’s a headphone concert happening in New York City that might just be the latest in a rising trend of headphone dance parties and concerts.

Turns out, we're in luck with a concert experience that might actually stand up to the needlessly noisy raucous of Times Square.

Jherek Bischoff and his Silent Orchestra will perform Bischoff’s newest creation, Cistern, on August 21st and 22nd, in Times Square at 11 p.m.

This sweet concert, as Time Out reported, will definitely be the grooviest follow-up to a dance party that we’ve ever experienced.

Oh, and they’re even using the Times Square monitors in the finale.

If you want to check out the footage they’re using in the finale, it’s running every evening from 11:57 pm to midnight.

Hold on, hold on, we hear you. Times Square is a tourist hole and time-suck, but New Yorkers can reclaim this iconic area, if only for a night or two.

You can RSVP for the concert here, and hopefully Times Square will mellow out for a bit around 11.

And who knows? Maybe we’ll get some rare Pokemon out of the deal. Hey, we can dream, can’t we?
