Did you miss out on Rupert's Housemate Hunt? Don't worry, it's not too late for you to score some pretty dope affordable housing.

The applications to live in the Greenpoint Landing complex at 5 Blue Slip have gone live, and there are 102 apartments available for some pretty jaw-dropping prices.

It's not $1 but how about a waterfront studio– for as low as $386?

The brand new building, as reported by DNAInfo, is equipped with a landscaped community courtyard, a laundry room, and a gym.

There are 22 studios available, for one-person max occupancy, for monthly rents of $368, $517, $670, and $822. 

To qualify, your annual household income must be between $13,955 and $38,100.

29 one-bedroom apartments for one or two people are available for people who earn $14,949 to $43,500 a year at the monthly rates of $396, $558, $720, and $882.

The other 51 units are two-bedroom apartments that can be occupied by 2, 3, or four people. The monthly rates are $482, $676, $870, and $1,065 for qualified applicants that earn between $17,932 and $54,360 a year.

If you meet the requirements for any of these, you should actually consider applying– there's no application fee or broker's fee, so you don't have anything to lose. Applicants who already live in NYC will also receive a general preference for apartments.
