Aside from the occasional lost bathing suit top while going down the waterslide– oh yeah, we've been there– water parks are the bomb!

Indoor waterparks are even more dope, because they're heated and can stay open year around, like this one in the Pocono Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Meet Kalahari: the country's biggest indoor water park and only a two hour drive outside of NYC.

According to NY Daily News, the park was established back in 2015, but some recent renovations unveiled last month put it back on the radar and up to the number one spot.

First off, the park nearly doubled in square footage, now boasting a whopping 220,000 square feet of fun. New to the park are eight waterslides, one of which will drop you from 60 feet up, gaining speeds of up to 25 mph. Needless to say, this is not for the faint at heart.

For those looking for a more chill experience, they also have a wave pool, lazy river, and (for those 21 and older) a swim up bar.

Looking to dry off? Kalahari also has a ropes course, complete with zip lines and all.

There's also a virtual reality entertainment center, an arcade, a fitness center, spa and an outdoor waterpark that's open for the summer!
