You've taken the time to roam up and down the aisles, and finally found the perfect lunch.

Then you see it: the line. An endless string of hangry office workers, foot-tapping and sighing loudly, each with a container in hand. Maybe you should just leave, condemned to same old sad dollar slice forever.

But don't give up on hopes of a quick, healthy to-go food option just yet.

Your favorite Italian market, Eataly, wants to help frustrated customers cut the line and wait time with its new grab-and-go menu.

Eataly's flagship Flatiron location is expanding with Eataly Pronto, a grab-and-go offering that helps hungry patrons get their gourmet fix and leave quicker and easier.

The average Eataly spans a whopping 50,000 square feet. That's over an acre of fresh seafood, meat, and produce as well as prepared foods, dessert counters, and coffee bars stretching as far as the eye can see. It's a delicious maze, but a maze nonetheless.

But Eataly Pronto's pre-packaged lunch items offer a fast, easy alternative. Currently, there's salads and sandwiches, from caprese salad to a roasted prime rib panini.

But Pronto is also rolling out expanded options like Genoa Salami sandwich, with artichokes, olives, mint, and Calabrian chili on sourdough bread. Or the fusilli antipasti with sweet pork sausage, broccoli rabe, and pecorino romano cheese.
