New Yorkers, rejoice! All hail the unrivaled human invention that is the wheel!

We all love the wheel! All hail the wheel! The wheels on the bus go round and round! The wheel of time spins forever! Daenerys Targaryen is going to break the wheel (some wheel, any wheel, every wheel, it matters not!)!

And there's no better wheel—facts of life, y'all—than Deno's Wonder Wheel at Coney Island! Seriously though, it's a beaut and one of the most quintessential guilty pleasure tourist attractions in New York City.

And to make life even better, Deno's announced that on New Year's eve you can ride the wheel for free!

Yes, as reported by Gothamist, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. you can ride the wheel for $Free.99.

Oh, and after that, on New Year's Day, from 11:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m., rather than paying the traditional $8 ticket to ride this sweet ass wheel, you can hop on for just $5.

TALK ABOUT SAVINGS!

If among your New Year's resolutions are both saving money and crossing something touristy off your NYC bucket list, Deno's just killed two birds with one stone.

Pour one out for the birds, tho (and they said 2017 wouldn't be so full of death!).

This is also the second year in a row they've offered this and is part of a grander countdown until the ride turns 100 (please, 2016, don't take this from us!) in 2020.

So, go out there. NYC is a veritable ghost town right now, and as Coney Island's not really known for their winter attractions, you can probably expect a similarly empty spot to chill, reflect on the hellscape of 2016, and make resolutions you probably won't keep for 2017.
