A couple of weeks ago in a parking lot far, far away a woman broke the Internet with a plastic mask and a laugh.

By now, we are sure you have heard about Chewbacca Mom, who really goes by Candace Payne, a mother who bought her kids a plastic mask of the beloved Star Wars character Chewbacca and decided to wear it, record it, and post it on Facebook.

What followed was a wildfire of views, shares and everyone rushing to Kohl's to buy the mask that does the famous cry of the lovable fuzzball. Well, it looks like she's laughing all the way to bank.

Chewbacca Mom has reportedly earned almost half a million bucks, and has gotten a whole slew of insane gifts since the video went viral.

In addition to all that cash, Candace Payne has gotten herself - and her family - free rides to Southeastern University, a private Christian college in Florida.

Disney, which owns the Star Wars franchise, is giving her a trip to Walt Disney World too.

Facebook is giving her big props for becoming the most viewed Facebook Live video to date. For getting over 150 million views to date, Payne got to tour Facebook HQ.

If 150 million views isn't already absurd, the official trailer to the last Star Wars has roughly 90 million views. Good for you, Chewbacca Mom. You showed us to really embrace the small things in life and now you getting to enjoy some of the bigger ones as well.

We wish you all the best in defeating the Empire. We also know that this video wouldn't be nearly as funny if she'd chosen a Kylo Ren mask, so good choice! It looks like we let the Wookie win. Big time.
