Casa CeCe Preview Night Dazzles With Aerial Performances, Immersive Energy & Signature Cocktails

Last night, Casa CeCe (315 W. 35th Street) opened its doors for an exclusive preview of its new Midtown supper club location, proving it’s poised to become one of New York City’s most thrilling nightlife venues this year. The evening combined performance, nightlife, and hospitality enigmatic of the Casa CeCe mission where dinner becomes an immersive show and pulls guests into the spectacle.

From the moment attendees stepped inside the soaring entryway, performers suspended above set the tone for an evening defined by bold theatrics. Aerial artists glided overhead throughout the night on sheer ribbons, dancers moved fluidly between tables suspended by their strong lustrous locks of hair, and a live DJ kept the energy pulsing as the space transitioned from cocktail hour to full-on celebration.

Of course, the cocktails were just as showstopping as the performances. Guests gravitated toward standouts like the Dew Drop, a fresh, luminous mix of Hendrick’s Gin, cucumber, aloe vera, and lime, and the 35th 75, Casa CeCe’s sparkling twist on a classic—with Grey Goose Citron, thyme, lemon, and prosecco. These were joined by a lineup of inventive signatures crafted by General Manager and cocktail visionary David Winters.

Passed hors d’oeuvres flowed as guests explored the two-level venue, designed by Delphine Mauroit of DMDesign to be both theatrical and functional. Mauroit’s dramatic curved bar, crafted in backlit Krion and framed by mirrors, served as the sculptural heart of the room, while plush green velvet banquettes, warm cove lighting, and wood-paneled ceilings created a seductive sense of intimacy. With an adaptable layout built for live performance, DJ sets, and late-night revelry, the space seamlessly shifted through moods as the night progressed.

The preview also offered a first glimpse into Diamond Moon, Casa CeCe’s upcoming immersive dinner spectacle created by the team behind MoonRise, which is set to debut on November 29th. The revelry of the evening was a taste of what diners can expect when the venue officially opens its doors on November 20th.

Behind the concept are hospitality visionaries Kanvar Singh and Eric Biberman, whose combined experience in nightlife, dining, and large-scale events comes together in their most daring project yet. Their goal: to build a venue where elegance meets edge, storytelling blends with cuisine, and guests never quite know what to expect next.

With its 4,500-square-foot space, 300-person capacity, D&B Audiotechnik sound system, and state-of-the-art rigging, Casa CeCe is set to become a go-to destination for avant-garde performance art, private events, and late-night dancing especially once DJs begin spinning Thursday through Saturday starting at 11pm.
