Do you remember when we were all blessed with Ben & Jerry's flavored beer last year?

If you don't, here's what went down: New Belgium teamed up with Ben & Jerry's to create Salted Caramel Brownie Brown Ale.

Later, Ben & Jerry's released an ice cream companion to go with the beer - New Belgium's Salted Caramel Brown-ie Ale, a delicious mix of brown ale ice cream, fudge brownies, and salted caramel swirls.

With their first ice cream inspired drink bringing them plenty of new business, New Belgium and Ben & Jerry's have teamed up once again to release a new flavor of beer.

This time they'll be trying their hand at one of Ben & Jerry's classic flavors, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.

New Belgium will be sending out six packs of their Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough beer at some point in the Fall.

They've also announced that at least $50,000 of the proceeds raised from sales will be given to Protect Our Winters, a California based climate change awareness group.

Just like Salted Caramel Brownie Brown Ale, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough will undoubtedly be flying off the shelves of your local liquor stores left and right, so keep an eye out for updates on the official release date of this delicious new beer.
