A taste of the Aegean arrives in Midtown with the debut of YEERO Greek Eatery, opening April 18th. The Greek newcomer brings a polished, modern lens to traditional flavors with a streamlined, build-your-own format designed for the city’s on-the-go pace. At the helm is chef-owner Ilias Pappas, whose roots in Lamia, Greece shape both the menu and the spirit of the space, where generosity, freshness, and a sense of shared table remain central. The menu moves effortlessly between customization and comfort, with pitas, bowls, and salads layered with hand-carved rotisserie proteins like pork yeero, chicken, and Greek sausage, alongside vibrant toppings and housemade spreads. The prix-fixe experience includes dishes like wagyu saté and eel, and it’s as much about the performance as it is the food.
