Okay before you get grossed out, you gotta admit that this is a pretty insane thing, and it really speaks on NYC's ability to test literally all boundaries.
If you're a fan of the puffed cheese snack (not Cheese Balls, sorry), but the OG Cheeto, then you are in luck, dear friend.
From August 15th-17th at 211 West Broadway in Tribeca, The Spotted Cheetah will be opening as a pop-up spot to ignite all of NYC's peculiar taste buds.
Why so weird, you ask? Well, they'll offer a three-course menu of dishes that are ALL about the puffed orange snack.
That's right, New York. Celebrity chef Anne Burrell will be cooking up some Cheetos Meatballs, Flamin' Hot and White Cheddar Mac n' Cheetos, and Cheetos Sweetos Crusted Cheesecake.
YEAH. Pretty insane/ interesting/ "WTF?!" We know.
And lucky for all you folks that are actually looking forward to this pop-up opening, you won't need to save up and splurge for these new items. The menu ranges with prices from $8-$22, so you'll be able to experiment on a budget.

If you're hooked and are already texting your friends to block out these days in your calendar, then you should probably check out the restaurant's website for info on reserving a spot.
Believe it or not, there are other weird people like you who would love the chance to eat ANYTHING Cheetos related.
So hurry and reserve a spot ASAP! Happy snacking.
