If you qualify, try your luck for one of the 104 rentals available inside the Domino Sugar megaproject that's coming to Williamsburg.
The building will allegedly feature rooftop dining, office space, and a skateboard park because Williamsburg isn't annoying enough already.
As reported by Time Out NY, there are available studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedroom apartments that go for as little as $569 a month.
The units are available for household sizes ranging from one lonely bachelor (or bachelorette!) to a family of four.
As long as you make between $21,772 and a max of $54,360, there's a unit in this building that you can apply for.
