It's not just the holiday season– it's award show season. Get ready to roll out that red carpet.

The 2017 Golden Globes nominations were announced Monday night by Don Cheadle, Laura Dern, and Anna Kendrick, at The Beverly Hilton hotel in L.A.

There were definitely some likely suspects present, a few notably absent, and uh, Deadpool, for some reason.

Damien Chazelle's La La Land led the pack with seven total nominations, followed by Barry Jenkins' Moonlight, which garnered six nominations. Mostly, we're pretty dumbfounded by who didn't make the list.

Clint Eastwood's Sully was completely absent, and Denzel Washington's Fences was overlooked for best picture or best director, although Viola Davis did receive a nom for supporting actress.

We're also just gonna assume someone just forgot Taraji P. Henson, who led Hidden Figures, from the actress list.

I guess we're also gonna pretend that Luke Cage didn't break Netflix. We love Stranger Things, but it didn't f*cking break Netflix, guys.

Anyway, salt aside, check out the rest of the nominations below, and don't forget to tune in on January 8th.
