13 Things We're Watching This Month While We're Waiting Out the April Showers

Ya'll know the saying: April showers bring May flowers.

But with all the showers that'll be hitting us this month, we're planning on doing anything but being outdoors. Weather like this calls for one thing and one thing only.

Netflix and chill (And maybe some Hulu and Amazon, but those don't sound as catchy).

The great thing about new releases is that you won't have an excuse to sit there and binge-watch for hours since you'll have to wait each week for a new episode. Trust us, your scale will thank you.

Don't worry movie lovers, we haven't forgotten you either.

1. Better Call Saul (Season 3)

"Better call Saul" is the first thing any intelligent criminal says when he's suddenly in a shitload of trouble. The Breaking Bad prequel has gained quite the following and it isn't hard to see why. The critically acclaimed series season 3 premiere is going down April 11th on Amazon Prime.

2. The Handmaid's Tale

Margaret Atwood's popular dystopian novel is set to come to life on Hulu April 26th. In a near-future where a totalitarian government has taken over the U.S. and the rights of women, young women of child-bearing capabilities are forced to become conscripts for the elite.

This is the kind of thing that can result when women are told what they can and cannot do with their bodies. Throwing shade right there. No regrets.
