But since we've had such great times these past several months for our inaugural twenty (yes, 20!) events, we're coming back for more, more, more in 2019! Get schooled by world-renowned pizza chefs Roberto and Giorgia Caporuscio at Kesté’s Fulton Street location, where you’ll spend hours with us learning how to make (and taste, obviously!) authentic Neapolitan pizza.

Roberto's accolades include being named New York Magazine’s “#1 Pizza in New York,” as well as Food Network Magazine’s “Best Pizza” in New York State. To add to his achievements, Roberto is also the U.S. President of PAF Pizza Academy Foundation, the Italian governing body that upholds and teaches the 300-year-old craft of Neapolitan pizza-making and certifies adherence to the use of authentic procedures.

Roberto’s daughter and protégé, Giorgia, has also mastered the Neapolitan technique studying both under her father and her father’s mentor, Antonio Starita. She is the youngest of only two women to ever win first place in the “Classic Pizza” category of Naples’ largest and most prestigious pizza competition. Giorgia is currently the head pizza maker of Kesté Pizza & Vino on Fulton where she and Roberto both teach Neapolitan pizza-making at the location’s pizza school.
Safe to say, the duo is definitely more than qualified to be teaching and you can expect an experience that will have you feeling like you’ve taken a trip to Italy. So be prepared to roll up your sleeves, enjoy a glass of wine (or two, or three…) and make your saucy, pizza-cooking debut. Plus, get ready for your close-up, because Brandtree Media, Kesté’s social media, content creation and strategy experts, will be on-site to capture videos and photos of the tasty night.
