'Tis the season to drink on roofs! Stay tuned for our 'best rooftop bars of New York' round up list, but in the mean time, we gotta tell you about one in particular.

The Knickerbocker Hotel is kicking off the spring season inside their seasonal rooftop Club Room the best way they know how: With a theme.

This year's theme is "Secret Garden at the Knick", featuring a custom floral interior inspired by the New York Botanical Garden, an updated spring craft cocktail menu, and a garden inspired food menu.

The new cocktail menu by Eben Klemm will feature seasonal drinks with names like "Iris and Ivy" and "Rake, Shovel, Hoe." You can enjoy the seasonal sips inside the lounge or out on the rooftop deck overlooking Times Square.

The new, produce-centric food menu was developed by famed chef Charlie Palmer and Executive Chef Christopher Engel, and will use fresh ingredients from Union Square Freemarket.

Be sure to follow the lounge's Instagram for a weekly post of a secret, floral-themed word that'll hook you up with half-priced small plates.

The springtime installation follows a winter-themed “Après at The Knick”, which transformed the elevated space into a cozy, ski lodge retreat.
