Do you remember a few months ago when we told you about that store in Williamsburg selling one of the most Williamsburg culinary creations known to man?

Yea, we're talking about that ridiculously over-colored rainbow bagel

Apparently, Brooklyn just can't get enough colors, because someone at Moe's Doughs recognized the magical void that the rainbow bagel has left in our hearts and tummies since their temporary closure.

Moe's Doughs has recently introduced us to (what else?) the rainbow doughnut.

We're pretty sure that this rainbow doesn't make you see unicorns and poop glitter, but it will certainly give you something to Instagram, and that's basically the same thing right?

These cake doughnuts (meaning more dense and full of texture and goodness than your typical Dunkin') are a surprise on the inside, with the rainbow colors only evident once you take a bite.

If the rainbow bagels are any precedent on popularity, people will be flocking to Greenpoint for one of these babies.

Want to be one of the first? We'd say get yourself to Brooklyn soon, because Moe's sold out of them yesterday, their first day offering these rainbow delights.

Moe's Doughs Donut Shop is located at 126 Nassau Avenue in Brooklyn. Check out some of the doughnuts below:
