While it may seem that after our grilled cheese crawl, we'd want to hold off on cheese intake for awhile, but alas, our love of cheese knows no bounds!
It is a love that cannot be contained, cannot be measured, and has yet to be completely satisfied.
However, we might be one step closer, thanks one East Village restaurant.
Raclette NYC is now serving up insane dishes that involve a giant melted cheese wheel.
YES. YOU HEARD CORRECTLY.
The dish consists melted Alpine cheeses served over plates of roasted vegetables and potatoes.
Each cheese wheel is heated until piping hot, allowing it to be easily scraped off the wheel and onto plates. Everything about this is appealing to us.
If you don't quite believe us (which is understandable), you can check out the video below and see the cheese wheel in action before your very eyes. It's pretty mesmerizing.
