Have an extra $2.7 million burning your pockets? No worries, we gotchu.
Just spend it on this lavish, partially underwater vacation villa, dubbed "The Floating Seahorse," in Dubai.
According to Travel + Leisure, the villa (along with 42 others) will consist of three floors, the bottom of which will contain the master bedroom and bathroom with floor to ceiling windows to display life under the sea.
The main floor will house an outdoor shower, kitchen, and glass-bottomed Jacuzzi, because normal old Jacuzzis simply wouldn't cut it in this lavish, partially-submerged house.
Apart from developing the first of 42 eventual villas, The Kleindienst Group believes that the luxury villas will encourage their mission to protect marine life.
"The seahorse is an endangered species and we will create an artificial coral reef beneath the luxury retreats which will be a protected area in which seahorses can live safely and breed," chief executive Josef Kleindienst stated.
The villas are expected to be completed by the end of this year.
