So the holiday season in New York City can be the happiest time of the year, but also the worst.

Holiday shopping and snowy streets is all fun and games until you're broke and all of a sudden there's grey slush all over every single pair of your shoes.

Lucky for us, you can always window shop, which is even better when all the fancy holiday displays are up.

It's always nice to have something pretty to walk by while you walk to the office in the morning but you can also check out the official unveiling ceremonies, which will take place outside a few major department stores in our city.

A few of the window displays will even be presented by or accompanied by celebrities; Tiffany's will be unveiled by Reese Witherspoon and Daya will perform at Lord & Taylor.
