Cat cafes are all the rage as of late. They've finally made their way to Manhattan, and next month, a permanent location is set to arrive to Brooklyn

We're super psyched.

What could be better than chillin' with cats while enjoying delicious beverages and pastries? It's the stuff of dreams.

Well, as it turns out, cat cafes now have a serious contender: hedgehog cafes.

Yes, that's right.

A new cafe in Tokyo called Harry, which opened in February, lets patrons play with more than 20 cuddly hedgehogs of varying breeds.

The full menu of food and drink hasn't been confirmed, but honestly, does that even matter? We just want to play with hedgehogs. All day. Every day.

This whole idea might seem a little strange at first. After all, hedgehogs are not really known for their snug-ability.

But, the staff at Harry insists that once you learn how to handle them, these creatures are super lovable.

We believe them. Just LOOK at their little faces. WE WANT TO SQUISH THEM.

The only setback? It's only in Tokyo. For now, at least.

We've got our fingers crossed that this venture will eventually make its way to the U.S.
