It's no secret that the smash Broadway musical Hamilton has welcomed an incredible amount of success and media attention since its opening.

In fact, that's an understatement.

The show has generated so much monetary success that the original cast members petitioned to begin receiving a cut of weekly earnings.

The musical can now add another yet another item to it's growing list of accolades, as the show's writer and star Lin-Manuel Miranda has been awarded this year's Pulitzer prize for Drama.

That's pretty incredible.

But given the fact that it's nearly impossible to get tickets to the performance and has been for months now, it's certainly not surprising.

And with Tony Award nominations right around the corner (to be announced on May 3rd), we'll be shocked if we don't see Hamilton dominating across various categories.

All in all, the Hamilton train doesn't appear to be slowing down anytime soon, and we're totally OK with that.
