In 1984, a question was asked; one that has been asked since the dawn of time and will continue to be asked until we are no more. The hard-hitting question revolved around the mysteries of the universe and questioned everyone's faith: "Are you afraid of ghosts?"
Till this day, the only person to give a perfect answer is Ray Parker Jr. He didn't just give out, he sang it. His response was the mantra of four guys in New York City who dare to chase the paranormal.
"I ain't afraid of no ghosts." New Yorkers recently got a chance to see if they are ain't afraid of no ghosts much like Peter, Ray, Egon and Winston did so many years ago.
BBQ Films provided wannabe busters a once-in-a-lifetime experience to put on the famous jumpsuit, strap on a proton pack, and take out ghosts this June.
There were laughs, screams of slight terror and of course ghosts.
People got to test their ESP and ghost catching skills as well as watch the classic film in a Ghostbusters HQ that was made in Williamsburg.
A big highlight was that there was the classic Ecto-Cooler flavor of Hi-C; probably the greatest carton of juice you will ever drink.
