We can all agree that ugly sweaters are awesome, right? We're happy to embrace the fact that the unwittingly awful presents of Christmas past are now the most amazing things to wear-- weather permitting --during the holidays, right?

If you don't agree, well, you're not wrong, per se. They're still itchy. They're still the same old eyesores, and they're still among the hardest things to pretend you enjoy getting when you unwrap them. But we've found a way to look past all that. 

We have ugly sweater bar crawls, holiday parties, and pride ourselves on the laughable family portraits we now encourage rather than loathe. Somebody just took all of that itchy holiday cheer and set it off in a big way. 

Wednesday, at 6 a.m., Daybreaker threw a huge dance party in the Macy's at Herald Square where Santa, Mrs. Claus, and hundreds of ugly sweater-wearing, holiday rage monsters cut loose and boogied. 

While everybody else in New York City was either asleep or just waking up dreading the longest week in recent memory, Daybreaker was starting out with some morning yoga, breakfast treats, and getting ready for a wild dance party complete with live music, a sick DJ, and ridiculous grooves. 

That's what Daybreaker's all about. They're getting you out of your mundane morning routines, bringing you together with people stuck in a similar rut, maybe doing some pre-dance yoga, and then raging right until the workday.
