The New York City skyline is one of the most noticeable silhouettes in the world, yet it's constantly changing. 

The buildings just keep coming with nine more high rises expected to shadow our streets by the end of 2016. 

With that number in mind, it's staggering to note that there is one man who is currently responsible for the design of 86 buildings in NYC. 

Costas Kondylis's love for this city and its architecture are obvious as discusses the steal and glass embodiment of his creative spirit. 

Kondylis's 86 building designs currently hold the record for the city, and it's hard to imagine anyone else ever coming close to that hefty accomplishment.
