This is a must-see for all street art fans.
New York City has seen some truly incredible street art these past few years.
From public art pieces featured throughout the city, to a drone capturing some of the finest street art Bushwick has to offer, there has been no shortage of new artists showcasing their work throughout each borough.
After its success in 2015, curators Jeffrey Deitch and Joe Sitt have decided to bring back their smash hit exhibition: the Coney Art Walls.
This year’s exhibition will feature 21 murals created by a variety of international street-artists, including D*Face, Lady Pink, and Lady Aiko.
Known as the “outdoor museum of street art," the Coney Art Walls is located right in the heart of our beloved Coney Island.
While it has been open for public viewing since May 27th, all of the art installations will be officially complete by June 18th - just in time for Coney Island’s Mermaid Parade!
The Coney Art Walls will encompass Greenwood Beach, and will also feature several local food vendors, including Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, and Table 87, just in case you get hungry while taking in all of the art.
