It's a common misconception that the only way for New Yorkers to get a taste of the outdoors is to hang out in Central Park.

And while the park is definitely filled with beautiful sights, it's also often super crowded and overrun with tourists, which can make it a bit overrated.

Luckily though, there are tons of other ways to enjoy the great outdoors in the city. It's just a matter of finding them.

And if you're in Brooklyn, look no further than Dumbo Boulders, a 7,800 square-foot climbing wall coming to Brooklyn Bridge Park on April 16th.

The wall, which is being created in partnership with The Cliffs, will be the city's first outdoor climbing facility.

You'll also be able to experience some stellar views of the skyline; the facility will be on the banks of the East River right under the Manhattan Bridge.

And the best news is - it's super cheap. The cost for both entrance and shoe rental comes to only $9.

In addition to the sweet single-digit cost of admission, the park also plans to offer a bunch of free activities and even after-school programming.

You can catch the opening day activities free of charge on May 7th.

The wall is apparently only part of the Brooklyn Bridge Park's bigger plan to bring more outdoor activities to the city, so we can expect to see even more exciting happenings coming soon to BK.

Maybe not just a concrete jungle, huh Alicia?
