It's a little difficult to keep up with all the dance moves that emerge from various pop stars and viral videos.
What is the nae nae? How exactly does one twerk? And what in God's name is Drake doing in the "Hotling Bling" video?
It's just too confusing.
Luckily, this summer, you can throw it back to the good ol' classics with Bryant Park Presents' dance series.
Every week, participants can learn a new dance, such as Salsa, Tango, and Swing, in a beautiful outdoor space.
The lessons will begin every Wednesday at 6 p.m., and at 7 p.m., the dance party begins. You won't find any DJs at this party, though - live bands will be performing to get dancers into the old school spirit.
The event kicks off with an Opening Night Ball on May 4th, where you can learn the Charleston, Foxtrot, and Jitterbug.
