If the two of you are feeling particularly adventurous, head to the Museum of Sex for some truly outrageous, sure to be memorable experiences.

It might get awkward depending on how far along you are in your relationship, but if nothing else, it's bound to make a great story.

The museum is located at 233 Fifth Avenue @ 27th Street, and you can grab tickets here

3. Whiskey Fried

If you and your SO met on a dating site, we can say with 99% certainty you both consider yourselves "whiskey enthusiasts." Or at least, that's what your profiles said in order to appear cultured and sophisticated.

Either way, a festival involving whiskey, hand-crafted cocktails, and fried food sounds like a pretty epic date, no matter what stage in your relationship you are.

4. NYC Restaurant Week

It’s no secret that NYC is home to some of the most incredible restaurants in the country. But, for a lot of us, we can’t realistically afford to visit more upscale ones quite as often as we’d like, much less take a date there.

That’s where NYC Restaurant Week swoops in to save the day – the annual event celebrates fine dining at an affordable price, with participating restaurants offering three-course prix-fixe menus specially priced lunch and/or dinner.

It’s all happening from July 25th – August 19th. Be on the lookout for the restaurant list, set to be available on July 11th. Your date will certainly be impressed.

Midsummer Night Swing is back at Lincoln Center’s Damrosch Park until July 9th, where you and your date can take a variety of dance classes from some amazing instructors, all while enjoying the glorious summer weather.

So dress to impress and get ready to fall in love. Or have a drunken hookup that you regret. Either way.

6. Bryant Park Film Festival

The Bryant Park Film Festival is back in NYC and runs through August 22nd, bringing New Yorkers some of their favorite films every Monday at sunset.

Up for July: Top Gun, The Palm Beach Story, The Omen, and Three Days of the Condor
